Conveyor system of cold end serves to transport container glass from glass annealing lehr to control machines and further to palletiser. Part of hereof system is also cullet conveyers, carrying container glass eliminated by control engine into crusher and visual checkpoint.

We are based on 35 years experience in heat treatment of the glass. Until this year, we have produced more than 150 lehrs.

A Glass annealing lehr is a part of the production process needed for the manufacture of packaging, ovenware, decorative and possibly other kinds of glass. The lehr ensures controlled cooling of glassware that eliminates inner material tension.

The lehr is equipped with direct gas heating and a system of maximum/ minimum/off and by proportionally controlled cooling, or with an on - off system. Electrical heating can be supplied as an alternative.

The lehr is produced in belt width 800 ÷ 4500 mm.

SKLÁŘSKÉ STROJE ZNOJMO, s.r.o. produce glass feeders type DS, for our sister company Sklostroj Turnov. Gob feeder is a part of automatic container glass production line and is designed to regulate temperature of molten glass and its dosing in gobs. The feeder is designed for middle- and high-capacity production of container glass.

Since the establishment is the company focused on the production of machinery and equipment for requirements of the glass industry. At first it was the production of simple machines, such a mechanical loaders, granulators etc. Later the company was producing more complex machines, such as hydraulic presses, grinding machines for glass, glass stirrers etc.

At the present the company is engaged in the production of machinery to lines for glass containers.

Lehrs produced by our company we successfully install in domestic teritory and also in abroad.
